The KTECH® Vision

Our vision is to establish and sustain a pipeline between industry and a certified employment pool.

The KTECH® Mission

Our mission is to provide specialized workforce training and credentialing for high demand occupations to a targeted, under-served population thereby addressing the following three areas: industry’s need for skilled workers, community’s need for increased employment rates and the individual’s need to be a productive, contributing member of society.

The KTECH® Training

KTECH delivers Siemens certification as a Siemens Certified Mechatronics System Assistant. Our students are provided training and credentialing in the foundational areas of safety, quality, manufacturing processes and maintenance. Additionally, our Life Lab utilizes community volunteers to teach the soft skills industry is requiring. The Mechatronics certification is part of our diploma track with 12-16 semester hours transferable to articulated partners.
KTECH  offers credentials in soldering and robotics. These certifications are available through our Certificate track. Students can select to Level Up with all of our certifications or select the ones that interest them the most. Soldering is 56 hours (16 hours for introduction and 40 hours for certification). The credential is the IPC J-STD-001 Certified Application Specialist. Robotics is 48 hours (16 hours for introduction and 32 hours for certification). The Credential is Yaskawa Industrial Robotic certification in FS100 Basic Programming with Material Handling.
